Shipping Policy
For UK delivery, pieces over the value of £50 are shipped via royal mail Special Delivery - guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the following day. For delivery within Europe, please allow 3-5 business days, rest of the world 6-7 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Pieces can be returned, refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, please note that you will be charged for delivery and redelivery. The piece must not be damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want to return or exchange, please send us an email to sixtensdotterjewellery@gmail.com with the heading "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" and we will get back to you with the next steps. Please note that the piece and receipt must be included in the return parcel.
Bespoke pieces cannot be refunded, neither can earrings due to hygiene. Please note that sixtensdotter is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
